Well traveled - curry

I've been doing a fair amount of cooking, reading my cookbooks and recipes and finding old favorites and new ones to try.  While trying to come up with a quick meal the other night, I grabbed a jar of Trader Joes Red Curry Sauce that was in the cupboard.  Somehow, this particular jar has escaped my previous date checks, and bilge cleanings.

 Obviously, due to the date, this little bottle is well traveled!  We didn't leave the dock until 2011.  It sat in my food locker as we traveled to Canada, then down to Mexico, the whole time in Mexico and then I moved it into the RV.  All around the west coast and finally to Arizona.  Unfortunately, it went down the drain.

I make curry about once a month or so, usually from spices in my large spice collection.  I guess I just never grabbed this jar for a quick, easy meal.
We still had a curry dish for dinner, just not out of a jar.  For those who are interested, this Thai red curry sauce is pretty good!
