While on our day around the city, we danced around the rain squalls. We managed to get a good window between two and took advantage of the city's cable car for a view.
It runs from the town center up to the University buildings. It's also a shortcut to the communities up the hill.
A polo match was taking place on the hill half way up.
The two tunnels are decorated with colored lights!
