And yo thought this was going to be about the Arches, right? Well, we started our day off with a walk through the town's wildlife corridor/sanctuary. These 2 white tails, munched their way down the path ahead of us. 41 species later, we were done, back to camp for lunch and then headed out for late afternoon trek to Arches National Park.

For the past couple of days, the high temps had been causing the clouds to build up in the afternoons, and today was no exception. The sun kept peeking through making for some dramatic images.

| We had to opt for the lower hike to view Delicate Arch from a distance as the parking lot was too full and closed to more visitors. This happens every day here, and quite often people are turned away at the entrance. |
