Christchurch -proof of life
We made it! 
After a very long flight in the last row of the airplane, next
to the bathrooms and the galley, and a moderately bumpy ride the whole way...We arrived in Aukland. Unfortunately only 2 of 3 of ours made it. It's a good thing that Gordie packed his jammies in his carry on bag!
We met up with our New Zealand family for very short 'hello' before we had to dash off to our Jetstar flight to Christchurch.
JetStar is part of Qantas, and offers very affordable flights around NZ and Australia as well as other places.
We weren't expecting a meal at all, and got a vey whitbread, asian chicken salad sandwich, with yesterdays date stamp! No more flights for 7 weeks!
